C-MURON is a sulfonylurea-based herbicide containing Chlorimuron Methyl 20% WP, developed to provide effective and selective control of broadleaf weeds and certain sedges in soybean and legume crops. It works by inhibiting the ALS enzyme (Acetolactate Synthase), which is essential for amino acid synthesis in weeds, leading to their gradual death.

C-MURON is absorbed through the leaves and roots, and then translocated throughout the weed plant, ensuring long-lasting and complete control. It is rainfast, safe for the main crop when used as recommended, and highly compatible with conservation tillage practices.

Application Method:
Apply as a post-emergent foliar spray when weeds are in the early growth stage and crops are well established. Use flat-fan or hollow-cone nozzle for even coverage.

Timing:
Post-emergence – 20 to 25 days after sowing (DAS), depending on weed pressure

Precautions:

• Do not apply on non-target crops like maize, cereals, or grasses
