Description

PENDIPRO is a pre-emergent herbicide based on Pendimethalin 30% SL, developed for early-season control of weeds before they emerge from the soil. It acts by inhibiting cell division and root/shoot growth in weed seeds, thereby stopping their development at the germination stage.

It is ideal for use in a wide variety of broadleaf and grassy weeds and is particularly effective when applied just after sowing but before weed emergence. PENDIPRO forms a protective layer on the soil surface, ensuring long-lasting control and reducing competition for nutrients, moisture, and sunlight.

Dosage & Application:

Dosage:
1.0 – 1.5 liters per acre (based on soil type and weed intensity)

Application Method:
Apply as a uniform spray on moist soil immediately after sowing and before crop or weed emergence using a flat-fan nozzle.

Timing:
Pre-emergence – 0 to 3 days after sowing (DAS)

Precautions:

• Ensure soil moisture for better activation

• Do not disturb the soil after application

• Avoid application on sandy soils or during heavy rains
